Job summary

Rockwell Automation's EDGE program offers the Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP). You will rotate through three six-month cycles across planning, quality, and operations, plus a twelve-month capstone in plant supervision and select electives.

Relocation across US sites is required, with in-person work common and some hybrid rotations possible. Graduates start in 2027 with potential for long-term roles and various paths, including technical, individual

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.

Responsibilities

Three, six-month rotations in planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering.
One, six-month rotation in one of the following business elective areas: strategic sourcing or logistics.
One, twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision and three of five rotations in core or business elective categories.
