Responsibilities

• Rotate through three six-month assignments in planning/materials, quality/manufacturing engineering, and operations engineering.
• One twelve-month capstone in plant supervision and select business elective areas.
• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
