Job summary

VRS Recruitment, partnered with an established laboratory instrumentation company, seeks a driven scientific sales professional to grow business across a large Western U.S. territory.

Responsibilities include driving new business, nurturing relationships across academia, biotech, pharma, mining, environmental and industrial labs, and consistently meeting sales quotas while traveling overnight across multiple states.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry or another relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 2 years of scientific sales experience.
• A proven track record of carrying and achieving a sales quota.
• Willingness to do regular overnight travel across a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business while growing existing customer relationships across academia, biotech, pharma, mining, environmental, and industrial laboratories.
• Meet with customers throughout the territory to understand their applications and recommend the best solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed an established sales quota.
