Applied Biological Materials (abm) Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Manager for the U.S. West Territory with a West Coast base preferred.

You will manage and grow existing customer accounts across academic, biotech, pharma, CRO, government, and research institutions, while developing new relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in life sciences sales, experience with cell lines or life science products, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in business development, account management, or technical sales in life sciences/biotech.
• Experience selling cell lines, primary cells, or related life science products preferred.
• Experience managing customers in the Western U.S. is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage and expand customer accounts across the U.S. West Territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Build long-term relationships with researchers, procurement contacts and other decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer meetings (virtual and in-person) to identify needs and opportunities for abm products and services.
• Develop territory and account plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to recommend solutions.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM data and activity records.
• Represent abm at regional events and conferences.
