School Van Driver (Part‑Time)

Location: Fitchburg, MA

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $23.70/hour
• Paid training: $20/hour
• Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events, including assisting students to enter/exit the vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc.)
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain – we train)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and 7D physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
