Butler’s Bus Service in Milford, NH is seeking a part-time School Van Driver to safely transport students to and from school and school events. The role features a split shift (AM/PM) with weekday work only.

You will earn $26.52 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for extra hours through charters and activities. Benefits are available for part-time staff, and attendance/referral bonuses are offered to enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• Must hold School Pupil Transport Certificate or willingness to obtain; training provided.
• Clean driving record and age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Effective English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• May include assisting students entering/exiting the vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc.)
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• School Pupil Transport Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, & 7-day physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
