Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of surrounding geographic area for efficient routing.
• Strong communication with colleagues and customers in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Ability to operate two-way and emergency radio systems.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and routing software.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors daily driver assignments; schedules drivers and buses to ensure route coverage.
• Ensures on-time completion of daily activities and route deliveries.
• Communicates routing details to drivers for proper execution.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates repairs and replacements as needed.
• Maintains route documentation and records for compliance and accuracy.
• Supports management with dispatch procedures and customer service.
