Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL or ability and willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Experience with dispatching and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with schools, parents, drivers and aides.
• Answer telephone inquiries and communicate via two-way radio.
• Assist manager with staffing and daily vehicle assignments; plan routes and substitutes.
