Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily school transportation routes, communicating with drivers, schools, parents and district personnel while ensuring safe, on-time operations.

Under supervision of a manager, the role involves handling confidential information, maintaining records, scheduling, and on-call duties, with adherence to state and federal regulations. CDL with passenger endorsements may be required.

• Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders (schools, parents, drivers).
• Proficient in maintaining records, reports, and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with transportation operations and scheduling preferred.
• Must be able to learn and adapt to new software and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with schools, parents, drivers and aides; answer inquiries.
• Ensure employees report as scheduled and paperwork is completed.
• Plan and assign drivers for daily routes and special transportation; monitor route timing.
• Read and follow School District contracts.
• Report concerns to the Operations Manager or Supervisor.
