Job summary

Sage Connections is seeking a dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fountain, CO, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time W-2 role is onsite to support K–12 services.

You’ll provide therapy, evaluations, and IEP-aligned plans, collaborating with teachers and families, while maintaining thorough documentation and participating in IEP meetings. Sage Connections emphasizes growth, well-being, and a supportive, therapist-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Two years of experience in speech/language pathology.
• ASHA CCC required.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
