Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC in Fountain, CO is hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide K-12 school-based services for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Authorization.
• Up to one year of experience in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Coordinate with supervising SLP to develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
