Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for the 2025-2026 year. This full-time W-2 position is onsite in Florida, with potential hybrid options for the right candidate. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, 37.5 hours per week, ASAP through May 2027.

The role involves direct therapy, evaluations, IEP collaboration, and documentation, with support from a team that values growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs welcome with supervision available.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
