Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide elementary school-based services in Land O' Lakes, FL for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role supports students in a collaborative school setting and offers comprehensive benefits.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, manage IEP goals, and contribute to a supportive learning environment. Supervision available for CFs and a focus on professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs welcome with supervision available.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.

We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide elementary school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. • Caseload: Elementary Caseload


• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Roughly 7:30 - 3:30


• Hours: 37.5 hours/week


• Dates: ASAP – May 2027, with potential to renew


• Location: Onsite at school
