Job summary

Sage Connections is seeking a qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This 30-hour/week, full-time W-2 role focuses on K–12 school-based services and occurs onsite in Warwick, RI.

You’ll provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student progress. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and professional development assistance.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• DOE Certification or DOH State Licensure.
• ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
