Job summary

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver elementary school-based services in Warwick, RI for the 2026–2027 school year. Onsite at the school, you’ll provide therapy aligned with IEPs and collaborate with teachers and families to drive student progress.

Caseload includes elementary and high school support; schedule is Monday–Friday, roughly 7:30–3:30, totaling 30 hours/week. DOE/ASHA credentials strongly preferred; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CF eligibility per ASHA guidelines.
• DOE Certification or DOH licensure required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.

• Or to be a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF) as defined by the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• DOE Certification or DOH State Licensure.
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration and organization skills
