Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve Birth-3 in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role starts July 2026, with onsite work and potential hybrid flexibility for the right fit.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, evaluations, IEP collaboration, and supervision of SLPAs. Oregon license and CCC preferred; CF supervision provided. School-based experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• ASHA CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision provided.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

• Provide direct therapy services and parent coaching, as appropriate.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
• Attend IEP meetings and support goal development.
• Supervise and support SLPAs and ensure services align with IEPs and best practices.

Sage Connections is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide services for the Birth - Three population for the upcoming '26-27 school year in a full-time role. This position would start July 6, 2026.

Age Range: Birth - 3
Hours per Week: 37-5 - 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, school hours
Start & End Date: July 2026 - June 2027
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite, may be some flexibility for hybrid for the right fit
