Job summary

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for elementary school-based services in Winston-Salem, NC, for the 2026-2027 school year. The role includes direct therapy, evaluations, and collaboration with teachers and families onsite at the school.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, a valid NC SLP license, and ASHA CCC is preferred. CFs welcome with supervision; 37.5 hours/week, 7:30–3:30, Oct 11, 2026–May 2027 with renewal potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.

We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide elementary school-based services for the 2026-2027 school year. Whether you're an experienced school SLP or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work and is here to help you thrive.

• Caseload: Elementary Caseload
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 - 3:30
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Dates: October 11, 2026 - May 2027, with potential to renew
• Location: Onsite at school
