Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a licensed social-emotional services professional to support students in schools.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering individual or group counseling and SESI’s high‑quality social-emotional services. Key duties include collaborating with school teams and families, developing IEP goals, completing social-emotional assessments, and applying behavior plans and de‑escalation strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field (mental health, psychology, counseling).
• Professional licensure including LPC/LCPC, LCSW or LMSW, and LMFT or LMHC, LCMHC.
• 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a school, special education, or behavior health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Provide individual, group, or IEP-aligned counseling services.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs, including social-emotional goals and meetings.
