Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a licensed school social worker to support K-12 students with individualized education plans and behavior support within our in-district classrooms and schools.

Collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s evidence-based services, including counseling and social-emotional support. You will provide individual or group counseling, participate in IEPs, and monitor progress while leveraging SESI’s CASE framework to promote

Qualifications

• Licensure required (LPC/LCPC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/LMHC).
• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling to students per IEP/BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs, including social-emotional goals and meeting participation.
• Complete social-emotional and behavior assessments; analyze data; develop BIPs and transition plans.
• Implement behavior management and de-escalation strategies to ensure safety.
• Support social-emotional learning through targeted curricula and trainings.
