Job summary
Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a licensed school social worker to support students in special and alternative education settings. You will join a multidisciplinary team, provide individual or group counseling, and help implement social-emotional goals within IEPs and BIPs.

Qualifications
- Professional licensure as one of LPC/LCPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC.
- Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
- 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in school, special education, or behavior health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide social-emotional services to students via individual or group counseling.
- Collaborate with IEP/BIP teams to set social-emotional goals and participate in meetings.
- Complete social-emotional and behavior assessments and analyze data for planning.
- Develop functional behavior assessments and transition plans as needed.
- Implement behavior management strategies, including de-escalation and crisis response.
- Support SEL skill development through targeted curricula and training sessions.
