Jobot Consulting is seeking a passionate Consulting Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. Qualifications

• Valid SC SLP license and educator certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
• Experience with assessment tools and techniques for speech and language impairments.
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote development.
• Collaborate on IEPs for students with speech and language impairments.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation of progress, plans, and consultations.
• Provide staff training on speech and language development topics.
• Stay updated on research and best practices in the field.
• Adhere to federal, state, and school policies related to services.
