Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in educational settings. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings, and develop targeted interventions that align with ARD goals and IEPs.

You will provide direct therapy or supervise Assistants, monitor progress, and collaborate with district teams to drive student success and access to education. This role offers flexible scheduling and professional growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas SLP license and current ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate Needs: Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for specialized therapy services.
• Communicate Findings: Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor Progress: Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to advocate for and support students’ special education programs.
