Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. Evaluate needs, communicate findings to parents and district personnel, and collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted interventions that support access to education.

You may deliver therapy directly or supervise assistants, monitor progress with detailed records, and participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students' programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee.
• Provide therapy or supervise assistants implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress with detailed records and adjust interventions.
• Support ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for programs.
