Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a supportive school setting under contract. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with educators and families to help students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.

The role emphasizes developing IEPs, direct therapy, and thorough documentation, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and ongoing professional growth within a collaborative educational community.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Prior school setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's goals.
• Provide direct therapy services, individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support progress.
• Maintain documentation of progress, assessments, and therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
