Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate Findings: share results with parents and district personnel.
• Develop Interventions: collaborate with ARD to create evidence-based therapies.
• Provide Therapy: deliver services or supervise assistants for IEP goals.
• Monitor Progress: maintain records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences.
