Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools, conducting evaluations, collaborating with the ARD committee, and delivering or supervising therapy aligned with IEP goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or as-needed) with competitive pay starting at $53 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus retirement savings and professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students with comprehensive speech-language assessments.
• Share findings with parents and district staff with clarity and compassion.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with ARD team to support student outcomes.
• Deliver therapy or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions.
