Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is hiring a School Registrar to manage the student data lifecycle from application to graduation. You will oversee the records office, transcripts, grade petitions, graduation, and compliance with FERPA and related laws.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and prior administrative experience, ideally with student information systems. Location is Live Oak, Texas, with duties centered in campus operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative experience required; experience in school administrative or working with student systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual enrollment and waitlist cycles, late enrollment and withdrawal processes, and transfer of records documents.
• Keep leadership and GH employees apprised of enrollment status through statistics and tracking.
• Reconcile monthly financial receipts and invoices.
• Organize and oversee distribution and collection of textbooks, materials, and lockers, including communications with parents about deposits, ordering, etc.
• Ensure student grades are recorded in PowerSchool for submission to ADE and coordinate sharing of grades with families.
• Coordinate access to PowerSchool’s parent portal and communicate instructions to families.
• Distribute report cards according to academic calendar deadlines.
• Own attendance processes and maintain 97.00% ADA goals and 100% of student records by FWOS.
• Maintain all academy records per audits/state and federal guidelines.
