Job summary

Great Hearts Louisiana - Harveston is seeking a School Registrar to manage the student information lifecycle in PowerSchool, ensuring accuracy from application to graduation. This on-site role supports campus operations and partners with leadership to maintain data integrity.

Under limited supervision, you will oversee enrollment cycles, transcripts, grade petitions, and graduation processes while ensuring FERPA compliance and accurate ADE reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative experience required, experience in school administration or working with student systems is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment cycles, waitlists, and transfer of records.
• Maintain enrollment status and reporting for academy leadership and GH staff.
• Oversee mailing and collection of student entry documents and related records.
• Maintain all student files with health and other records.
• Ensure compliance with audits and state/federal guidelines and coordinate with Headmaster and GH Lead Office.
• Manage academy's on-site database and SAIS interface for enrollment/attendance reporting.
• Process records requests from other schools for transfers.
• Oversee distribution and collection of textbooks and materials and communicate with parents.
• Record grades in Schoolmaster and coordinate with families.
• Maintain ongoing data in SIS and enrollment systems.
• Assist Office Manager with class sections and schedules.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
