American Leadership Academy is seeking a Receptionist for the Gilbert Elementary campus for the 2026-2027 school year. The role requires greeting visitors, managing front office operations, and assisting with enrollment processes.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for maintaining confidential student and staff information.

• Ensure proper student/visitor sign in and sign out.
• Daily attendance.
• General administrative and clerical support.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
• Assorted filing and data entry.
• Have a working knowledge of school policies, procedures, and events.
• Adhere to timelines/deadlines.
• Money handling responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
