Job summary

American Leadership Academy seeks an Assistant Director of Student Services for the 2026-2027 academic year at West Foothills High School in the West Valley, AZ. The role supports the Director in student services program development and daily operations to ensure a positive, inclusive student experience.

The position requires a valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least three years’ experience in a 7-12 environment. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Director and District to develop strategic plan and goals for student services department.
• Oversee enrollment and registration processes in coordination with the district office.
• Lead for enrollment outreach programs and student scheduling coordination.
• Direct academic counseling and graduation requirements, including credit awarding and college admissions support.
• Support post-high school transition planning and ECAP initiatives.
• Promote programs that enhance academic, social, and emotional growth of students.
