Job summary

American Leadership Academy Anthem Elementary is seeking a Kindergarten Aide for the 2026-2027 school year in Florence, AZ. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher with lessons and student activities while maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation.
Reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed.
Help maintain a positive and orderly environment.
Help administer tests and assessments; support grading assignments and providing feedback.
Observe and report on student progress, behavior, and engagement.
Support communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and concerns.
Help keep the classroom clean and organized; ensure materials and supplies are readily available.
Encourage student participation.
Other duties as assigned.
