Job summary

Douglas County School District is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for Iron Horse Elementary to oversee all kitchen operations, food preparation, staff supervision, and training. You will ensure safety, HACCP compliance, and positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities include inventory and ordering, production planning, payroll approvals, scheduling, and staff development, with ServSafe Manager certification completed within 6 months.

• Train and develop kitchen staff; deliver HACCP and safety training.
• Respond professionally to parent, staff, and student inquiries.
