Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with deliveries, inventory, serving meals, maintaining HACCP standards, and supporting staff. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between schools as needed; 30 hours per

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple schools and locations.
• Annual USDA professional standards training hours requirement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good community relationships with Nutrition Services staff, school staff, students and parents.
• Receive deliveries and store food and supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in the preparation, service and sale of meals; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain daily meal counts and production records.
• Operate Point of Sale system and reconcile monies daily.
