Job summary

Doral International in Riverview, FL is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to setup, operate, maintain and repair school computer equipment including laptops, tablets, IP cameras, printers, and AV devices. You will also assist with classrooms tech, training, and remote user support.

The role requires knowledge of Windows/macOS/Chrome OS, AD, DNS/DHCP, and strong customer service with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with Windows, macOS and Chrome OS troubleshooting.
• Mobile device setup and troubleshooting for Windows, iOS and Android.
• Strong MS Office applications knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and support of computer systems.
• Provide technical assistance to schools’ technology in classrooms, media centers and admin offices.
• Develop training materials and procedures, and train users in hardware or software use.
• Support and promote deployment of new technologies at schools with teachers and staff.
• Provide advice on technology adoption based on standards and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot interactive displays and smart boards.
• Install and configure peripherals for teachers and administration personnel.
• Support schools’ virtual learning environments.
• Document equipment hardware, software and content information.
• Ensure computers are updated with latest security patches.
• Be on-call outside of normal hours for emergencies.
