Qualifications

• Experience in computer and network installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains operating systems, application software, and related equipment.
• Performs hardware and software repair for computers, servers, switches, printers, scanners, and programs.
• Inspects equipment to identify repair needs and verify actions.
• Provides technical support to users of hardware and software.
• Maintains school-based computer labs in good working order.
• Trains users to operate computer systems and hardware.
