Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 1 year of relevant IT support experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff and students for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, printers, and internal servers.
• Support technology use across school operations and classroom/office IT needs.
• Respond to help desk requests and escalate complex issues to Head of School or external IT provider.
• Help maintain data security and cyber safety best practices in the school environment.
• Support AV setups and device troubleshooting in classrooms and offices.
• Maintain documentation of user requests and troubleshooting steps.
