Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science preferred; minimum two years of help desk experience.
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks and multiple operating systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a school environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist students with Chromebooks, login, and printing problems.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve network and user account issues.
