Responsibilities
- Responds to requests for assistance from computer users.
- Installs and tests computer hardware, software, peripheral equipment and necessary cabling.
- Configures equipment and completes cable interfaces using diagrams and tools.
- Identifies software vs hardware problems and routes complex issues appropriately.
- Maintains inventory and generates reports on hardware and repairs.
