Job summary

Cambridge Lakes Charter School is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment. The role covers routine upkeep, minor repairs, and event setup to support student success.

On-site position requiring physical work and reliable teamwork; training in OSHA standards and chemical safety provided. Compensation includes a biannual PPA bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training a plus.
• 1+ years in facilities maintenance; school/public facility preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices per schedules and safety standards.
• Perform repairs and general upkeep; report hazards to supervisor.
• Assist setup/breakdown for events and drills; support seasonal maintenance.
• Operate custodial equipment safely and keep equipment in good order.
• Uphold professionalism and effective communication with staff and students.
