Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in facilities management, construction, or related field.
• Minimum five years in facilities maintenance/operations with supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance trades staff, coordinate work orders and safety.
• Oversee operations for carpentry, painting, doors, roofing, and building envelopes.
• Manage CMMS scheduling, inspections, and long-range maintenance planning.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate contractors and life-safety reviews.
• Develop budgets, purchase orders, and asset documentation for facilities.
