Qualifications

• 3 years minimum prior relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to do daily local travel; reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work from home and in the field under flexible policy.
• Demonstrated independent work and proactive communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, can-do environment.
• Extensive data management in CRMs; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support school communication plans for two teams with timelines.
• Assist with website coordination, password management, email permissions, school pages.
• Upload and maintain school contacts; create labels and mail items; provide email/phone support.
• Manage Salesforce CRM data; use Blackbaud schedule and record activities.
• Support fundraising meetings, school events, and distribution of materials.
