Qualifications

• One year experience in commercial or institutional food preparation.
• Ability to utilize fundamentals of meal preparation.
• Skills to plan menus and adjust recipes.
• Competency to complete and maintain all records as requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals following procedures and schedules.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen and reporting equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain daily records and plate counts for meals served.
• Promote nutrition programs and participate in improving meal participation.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager and staff during shifts.
