Responsibilities

• Serve food according to established procedures while maintaining a neat serving area and monitor portions.
• Daily set-up and clean-up of serving area including stocking products and sanitizing.
• Manage daily food storage: rotation, labeling, temperature control and expiration dates.
• Clean and sanitize tables between lunch shifts.
