Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a Part Time Child Nutrition Assistant in Minnesota, to work in the school kitchen. The role runs 4.0 hours per day, from 7:00am to 11:00am, across 184 days.

You will assist with preparing, cooking, serving foods, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment while supporting daily meal service. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 25 pounds, and the requirement to be physically present in the building.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must be physically working in the building.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve foods, including baking, main dish, salad, dish room, and cashier.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, equipment, and machines.
• Inventory, storage, and some stocking duties.
