Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking a School Bus Driver (Part Time) for Lunenburg, MA. You must already hold a CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements or be willing to obtain training.

Earn $33/hour with paid training at $20/hour; schedule is part-time with split AM/PM shifts, weekdays only. We offer a part-time benefits package including dental, vision, and 401(k). Weekly pay with guaranteed minimum hours, plus opportunities for extra hours on charters and activities, and a safety‑mocused work

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with P & S endorsements or willingness to obtain training.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Earn a $8,000 Sign-On Bonus for being fully licensed.

No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training.

We're hiring now for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $33/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do

Requirements
