NRT Bus in Chelmsford, MA is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Driver. No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Earn a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Pay: $28.84- $34.00/hour (effective 8/24/26). Paid Training: $20/hour. Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM). Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays. Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours.

Formación

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

• Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour
• Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain - we train!)
