NRT Bus, Inc. is hiring for the 2026-2027 School Year in the United States. No CDL? No problem—we provide paid training NOW! We’re seeking individuals to transport students on local routes with a focus on safety and reliability.

Pay starts at $33/hour and increases to $34.65 on 9/1/26; paid training at $20/hour; Charter/Activity trips pay $27/hour. Schedule is part-time, split shifts, weekdays only, with weekly pay and guaranteed minimum hours.

Formación

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain - training provided).
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Effective communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Sign-on Bonus of $3000

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $33/hour increases to $34.65 on 9/1/26 Paid Training: $20/hour Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour

Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)

Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays

Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events

Requirements
