Job summary

NRT Bus in Lynn, MA is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and events. No CDL? We provide paid training and guaranteed hours.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, drive local routes, maintain a clean vehicle, and communicate professionally with families and staff. Part-time benefits include dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain - we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training.

• Pay: $33.99 - $36.05/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
