NRT Bus, Inc. in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events on assigned local routes.

You will perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain a clean, safe vehicle while communicating professionally with students, families, and school staff. With no CDL required at start, paid training is provided to obtain the CDL Class B with endorsements.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements; willingness to obtain as training provided.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30.90/hour (effective 8/24/2026)
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour
• Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
