Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, customer service, or terminal-operations experience preferred.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily routes, schedules, and bus assignments.
• Coordinate driver and monitor coverage.
• Monitor route performance and respond to delays or service disruptions.
• Communicate route changes and updates to drivers and location leadership.
• Handle heavy telephone and radio traffic throughout the day.
• Maintain dispatch logs and route records.
